Montage is a nationwide company and has been in business for over forty years. Their care plans are available at the time of purchase. Covering most jewelry and watch purchases including rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, pearls, leather, rubber straps, and metal bands, stems, crowns, and more.

From the initial contact with their service center staff to the prompt completion of repair service, they make care plans simple so you can wear your jewelry with pride and not worry! Even if you move, Montage will ship you box at no cost to you to have your items repaired. 

FAQs

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM HOMEOWNER’S INSURANCE?

Montage Jewelry Care offers repair or replacement coverage and repair services due to accidental damage occurring during normal wear. Montage Jewelry Care also offers coverage for specific maintenance repair during the life of the Agreement. Homeowner's insurance covers against loss, theft, fire or mysterious disappearance. Montage Jewelry Care covers the gaps in homeowner's insurance, making our plans the perfect complement.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COST?

No. We pay the shipping to and from the repair facility. There are no out of pocket costs to you.

WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF COVERAGE FOR THIS PLAN?

With the purchase of a Montage Jewelry Care plan, your item is protected from the day of purchase to the end of the term indicated on the original sales receipt and plan document.

DO I HAVE ANY OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THIS PLAN?

No. There are no additional fees or deductibles.

WHAT’S EXCLUDED?

Examples of plan exclusions include watch batteries, initial ring sizing (Legacy will pay this for you), ring soldering, modifications, and unannotated pearl strands. See plan document for complete list of exclusions.

One of our authorized jewelers or jewelry repair centers.

HOW DO I RECEIVE SERVICE?

To have services performed, please go to your original retailer or other registered Montage Jewelry Care plan provider. Be sure to take your original sales receipt and Covered Product. Or call the Montage Jewelry Care Customer Care Center at 888-807-2249 or email claims@montagejewelrycare.com.

IS THE PLAN TRANSFERABLE?

You may transfer the plan to another person during the term of the agreement. See plan details for steps and requirements to transfer.

IS THE CUSTOMER REQURIED TO HAVE THEIR ITEM INSPECTED?

One great feature of the plan is no inspection is required.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT CAN'T BE REPAIRED?

If a valid claim exists and the product cannot be repaired, we may replace the item, or we may reimburse you in an amount equal to the purchase price of the covered product less any claims paid under the agreement.
